Department: Sales<br />Reporting to: Customer Marketing Manager<br />Cat: 9<br />No of positions: 01<br />Contract: Permanent <p> </p><p><strong>PURPOSE</strong> </p><p>Converting GAME and Sales unit plans into actionable programmes.<br />Leading cross-functional teams of sales, marketing and others (Agencies) to deliver specified Sales driver programmes. <br />Ruthless project management of our Sales Driver agenda<br />Ensure all Sales Driver activities are aligned with the Consumer and Customer Insights.<br />Ensure in bar media planning.<br />Ensure visibility standards review and implementation<br />Ensure proper planning, management and reporting of company cold agenda<br />Assist the Customer Marketing Manager in the development of joined Up business plan </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIRED</strong><br /> <br />Graduate, BTS/DUT in Business or related field; 2-4 years sales & marketing management experience (with at least one year in planning). Sales Drivers and activities implementation segmentation will be an advantage.</p><p><br /><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong> </p><p>The Sales Driver Champion <br />Assist Head Of Customer Marketing in development of Join Up Business Plan (data collection and analysis).<br />Manage Outlet Consumer Segmentation database.<br />Implement sales unit plan. <br />Sales drivers trade and regional activities defined in the one plan will be managed by these resources.<br />Develop placement and follow up of key visibility materials (light boxes, tables chairs, event kits….) with brand team support<br />Develop with brand team support of standard regional activities (to be chosen by regional people when needed) and ensure follow up with constant field check.
