<strong> </strong>Department: Sales<br /> <p> Reporting to: Customer Marketing Manager<br /> Cat: 10<br /> No of positions: 01<br /> Contract: Permanent </p> <p> <br /> <strong>PURPOSE</strong> </p> <p> Converting ONE PLAN and TRADE PLAN and specifically the &ldquo; Marketing Action Plans &ldquo; ( MAP ) into actionable and rewarding programmes ( volume and or Brand Equity ) .<br /> Leading cross-functional teams of sales, marketing brand Team, Regional Customer Marketing Manager and other functions to deliver specified Below The Line (BTL) programmes. <br /> Ruthless project management of our BTL agenda<br /> Ensure all BTL activities are aligned with the Consumer and Customer Insights as developed by the Brand Teams and the Commercial Plan<br /> Ensure all activities are measured and evaluated </p> <p> <strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIRED</strong><br /> <br /> Degree level in Marketing or Business Administration. Preferably a mixture of both sales &amp; marketing experience (minimum 3 years).
