Primary responsibilities:
General:
• To develop and implement the business plan for the
list of Enterprise Accounts (Top ET 500) in the zone.
• To coordinate all sales related tasks and activities
for list of Enterprise Accounts in the zone.
• Identify opportunities; propose solutions to
Customers in consultations with the
technical/operational teams in the zone.
• Build relationship with 'C' level / decision-makers at
Clients site and potential customers.
• Create business opportunities for NetMagic in all
domains of Manufacturing, Banking, Financial
Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma,
Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors
etc.
• Communications and Presentation skills must.
• Identify potential Clients for Projects / IT Solutions
needs.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Targets on an on-going
basis.
• Capable of developing good local contacts in the
Enterprise Accounts.
• Acquire and manage Enterprise Accounts.
• Responsible for revenue collections and customer
satisfaction.
• Direct and Indirect lead generation
• Tele-calling.
• Network in the events.
• Be able to handle FAQ's on our business.
• Generate observing emerging technologies across
domains and other verticals
• Leverage existing sales collaterals
• Engaging and Interacting with ' C ' Level CEO, CIO,
CTO, or ' V or D ' level VP/ Director Development
executives in regional markets and qualifying the
lead.
• Understand the prospect/ clients pain points.
• Understanding client's organization, technologies,
products, and domain.
• Preparing the sales pitch based on their pain points
and our value proposition.
• Work with pre-sales technical and domain experts
in the region.
• Understanding of the entire region; Market
Assessment, opportunity size, NetMagic service
offerings in various verticals.
Generating Leads and Building the Sales Pipeline in
those regions
• Be able to articulate NetMagic Services and Value
Proposition.
• Understand the past projects executed
• Liaison with Marketing, Technical and Delivery
Teams and other teams in NetMagic.
• Generate Weekly Sales Report, Sales Projections.
Report generation.
• Develop deep understanding of our customers and
domains
• Contributing to developing and improving sales
process.
• Acquire and Manage Enterprise Accounts (Top 500)
• Will carry revenue target in these accounts.
• Capable of developing good local contacts in the Zone
Secondary responsibilities:
• Ability to analyze data and interpret sales data and
develop business plans accordingly. Should have
good business Analysis skills
• Interact on regular basis with other teams within
Netmagic to translate opportunities.
• Responsible for creating & responding to RFP, RFI,
Proposals.
• Build business relationships through networking,
cold calling and leads generation program

Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualifications:
• Engineering Background with Sales/MKTG
degree/diploma.
• Engineering / Science Graduate with Dip in
MKTG/Sales.
• If candidates are with non-engineering background,
then prefer candidates Science PGs or graduates
with PG Dip in MKTG/Sales.
Additional Skills (Mandatory):
• Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services
(Preferred) /Network Security/data Center and
Remote IT Infrastructure Management and related
terms and technologies.
Desired skills:
• Profiles having sales experience in IT industry at
any given point in their career will be preferred.
• Must be in a frontline sales position in the
technology sector.
• Familiarity with the software services or IT markets
and trends
• Understanding of commercials and contracts
• RFP/Bid Management
