Job Description

 For Executive permanent Role/Temp Role



Description

Need to maintain the payroll files from SOX point of view.

Monthly pay register, FnF register, all payroll JV's, PF/TDS/ESI approval copies, reimbursement register etc.



Interaction with resigned employees regarding PF withdrawal queries.

Helping in fill up the withdrawal/transfer forms.

Checking & completing the withdrawal/transfer form and sending them to vendor for action at their end.

Coordination with vendor for acknowledgment/timely submission of forms, monthly return etc.

Replying to the mails regarding PF queries related to withdrawal/transfer/pf a/c no etc.

Monthly challan submission.

Follow up for PF slips and their distribution.



Collecting of reimbursement claims from employees.

Checking of claims as per policy, preparation of the excel sheet for payout.

Maintaining the file of monthly reimbursement claims.

Resolving the queries of employees related to reimbursement.

Currently we are processing the reimbursement once in the month, as the claims no are very high and process is centralized, look into the possibilities of fortnightly reimbursement transfer.



Monthly corporate card payment on timely basis.

Follow up with employees for details for expenses done through cards.

Accounting and monthly closing.

Maintaining of proper file from audit point of view with monthly details of all cards expenses, communication with bank etc.

Keeping track of all the cards, new cards issuance, no personal transaction on cards, preventing late charges, keeping track of reward points or any other promotional reward offer from the bank.



Maintaining the records of food/gift coupons, eligibility register, resolving the employees queries, timely distribution of coupons etc.



Regularly tracking of ID's issued under employee referral, e.g., making sure referral booking not updated under any other code, employee code properly updated etc.

Regularly following up with employees for payment.

Making sure the referral policy is adhered to while issuing tickets under referral.

Monthly closing and finalization of referral debtors.



Receiving of exit clearance sheet from HR.

Maintaining the file of exit papers.

FnF process as per TAT, taking acceptance from employee for go ahead for check processing, maintaining the file from SOX point of view.

Keeping track of all exits and their closure.



Collection and checking of investment proofs.

Filing of investment proofs.

Resolving employees queries regarding investment proofs.
