Job Description

This assignment is purely on a freelancing model by front ending business development and sharing the revenue.
 
The follwing will be the work arrangements for this association:
 
The associate will be front ending to approach the Corporate clients in the assigned territory for getting business for our organization, especially in Talent Search Mnadates.
 
Closely cordinate with the HR managers of the clients and get their requirements and pass on the same to the HO for sending suitable profiles for the specified Job.
 
Based on the shortlist by the clients, follow with the HO to coordinate for the interviews and monitor the candidates attenting the same.
 
Follow with clients later for getting the final selection which would culminate into a offer for our candidate and ensure them joining them.
 
Subsequently submit the professional invoice for the assitance rendered and collect the payments as per agree terms and remit the same to the HO account.
 
Periodically contact the clients for further mandates and keep a good relationship with the placed candidates also.
