Job Description

7-10 years of general investigative experience

 Extensive experience conducting investigative research using online databases and public record resources

 Significant experience conducting due diligence background investigations

 Significant experience in analyzing and summarizing documents and written materials in an organized report format

 Demonstrated experience in dealing with client relationships

 Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills

 Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of business strategies

 Ability to provide research training to colleagues

 Ability to balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities

 Experience reviewing work papers and deliverables for quality before delivery

 Demonstrated ability to identify engagement resource requirements and make sure appropriate resources are assigned

 Experience providing quality counseling, coaching, and mentoring to team members to assist them in fully developing their potential

 Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 Professional demeanor and strong English communication skills, both written and oral

 Experience in a professional services firm preferred

 Must be flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects

 Strong academic credentials and GPA

 Bachelors required; MBA, JD, or MA in Criminal Justice or International Relations a plus.
