Job Description

The Night Auditor will be responsible for all functions of the front desk as they relate to the daily operation of the hotel.
This position will provide customer service that ensures Guest satisfaction and exceeds the Guest's expectations in all facets of the daily operation.
Responsibilities include telephone operation, computer operation, reservations, report gathering and interpretation, cash handling, deposits, key issuance, and daily accounting and reconciliation duties, while ensuring 100% Guest satisfaction throughout the duration of the guest's stay beginning with the reservation process and ending with the formal check-out.
