We have helped over 200 youth to find decent jobs and become entrepreneurs, with the help of the Hon. Min. for Youth Affairs, so let us help your youth too!

Are you a youth leader, an activist, a motivational speaker, a local council, an NGO, or just a friend to unemployed youth aged 18-33 years? Please direct him to our office in Mukono for assistance in getting a job. H/she must be skilled in a particular field of study with all his/her academic papers, a Ugandan living in one of the Uganda’s district, willing to work, hardworking and employable.

H/she must be flexible and able to work with either a government or private institution and ready to give his 100% efforts to develop that particular department and institution which has employed him/her.

Opportunities are available country-wide but the Coordination is done in our Mukono Office only through AYIFOD- A youth led organization based in Mukono. We are youth helping fellow youth to get out of poverty. We are creating and promoting youth led solutions against poverty and unemployment.

AYIFOD’s work programs improve young people’s employability prospects by preparing them for quality jobs and helping others succeed as entrepreneurs.
African Youth Initiative For Development (AYIFOD) under its program of Career Clubs has initiated the “Tailor-Made Job Search”

For Un-Skilled/Uneducated Youth aged 18-33 Years, job opportunities are available only in companies and industries located in Mukono and a monthly paycheck ranging from 120,000/=- 300,000/= depending on sex, energy and department of work.
