Showroom Sales Executives

Duties & Responsibilities:



Attend to Walk ¡n customers.
Implement, monitor and ensure a high level of customer service is
provided at all times.
Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and quotations are
followed up regularly.
Provide regular feedback to the Showroom Manager on daily showroom
sales performance.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


A degree or diploma holder in management related field with a
specialisation in sales and marketing management.
Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
Highly self motivated with passion for excellence in customer
service.
Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a
must.


Customer Relations Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:


To ensure and provide the best customer service to each and every
customer with regards to their Deliveries, Complaints, Queries
To prepare Daily Sales Invoices, Cash Sales, Delivery Notes,
Delivery Schedules and providing the copies to Warehouse In Charge on
Daily basis.
Keep the Showroom Manager updated with the daily customer
complaints / issues and coordinate with the Operations Manager with
regards to items / product issues.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
Highly self motivated with passion for excellence in customer
service.
Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a
must.
Must be able to work under stressful situations and conditions.
