SENIOR MANAGER TRANSPORT (Car – Lagos)

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of the fleet and database.
• Ensure trucks/vehicle documents and insurance papers are current.
• Supervise the selection and training of drivers.
• Ensure appropriate maintenance schedules and records are established and adhered to.
• Co-ordinate the procurement of spare parts, maintenance and accountability.
• Coordinate with security for accident response and documentation including personal presence at the scene if required;
• Carry out any other task to be assigned from time to time.
• Be able to drive with a valid Driver License:

PERSONAL PROFILE
• Knowledge and experience of transport sector
• Result oriented and proactive.
• Ability to make sound and sensible decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in relevant courses and at least 3 years management experience in fleet management and maintenance.
• Possession of higher degrees and relevant professional qualifications is an added advantage.
