ACCOUNTABILITIES
“To Prioritize and carry out maintenance as requested by departments on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the property.

To record meter readings and liaise with the General Manager regarding improved energy conservation as required by company policy.
– Responsible for the testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting etc, on a routine basis as required by provincial and company standards.
– To liaise with the General Manager regarding use of contractors within the property, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is to the standard required by company policy.
– To ensure the cost effective and hygienic removal of garbage from the property in line with company policy.
– To liaise closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping regarding “”down”" rooms in order to maximize on profitability. ”

WORK EXPERIENCE

“3-4 years cognate experience in a 5 star hotel with some experience in facility management and must have worked with chillers, boilers and such similar machines.
