• Should have strong technical skills and demonstrated experience

• BSc/HND solid experiences in the above areas, oil & gas business, food & catering, wholesale pharmaceutical, medical equipment, healthcare, etc
• Ability to independently generate and develop businesses

3. PROPERTY MANAGERS/REAL ESTATE AGENTS:
BSc/HND in Estate Management with minimum of 3 years experience

4. TECHNICIANS / INTERIOR DESIGNERS/ EVENT PLANNERS:
• Experience AutoCAD technician, interior designers, tailors, furniture makers, painters, carpenters, masonry workers, AC worker, electrician, machinist, mechanic, welding, iron/metal works, machinist, plumbing, bricklayer, stone masons, solar electric installers, surveying, computer, cable installation, general construction, etc

5. SECRETARY / ADMIN OFFICER:
• BSc / HND in secretarial studies, office management, or related fields with at least 2 years experience.

6. DRIVER, MESSENGERS & CLEANERS:
Min. G.C.E / O level with good references
