Watch out for the people who you rent your house to. Especially young girls who said there husband is in america. If you rent your house do a proper renting through lawyers and make sure you check the persons background. And dont give a lot of sympathy for them. there is a lot of fraud out there and they will use you and might break into your house. Everybody wants a dream house so dont rent out your house if you can help it. Most people who live with others are frauds. Please be careful I wouldnt want anybody to go through what I went through.
