Analyse, Design, code and Unit Test Change requests and Code fixes in the application. Also peer review the fixes and enhancement done by others in the team. Process orientation and adherence to the existing processes of the project and the organization. Should have good knowledge in Delphi with exposure in ActiveX control. Should also have expertise in Oracle. Should possess good communication skill and analytical skill. Exp Level
