Job Description

• Overall responsible for Sales Tax and Service Tax matters of all India.

• Supervising with regional team for Filing Monthly, Half yearly and Annual Returns.

• Responsible for VAT audit of all India locations.

• Drafting SOP and presenting presentations before various departments in regard to amendments to Sales Tax laws of different States
• Advising management about the Sales Tax & Service Tax implications as and when there are any amendments in Law.
• Managing and visiting various locations to attend Sales Tax assessment and appeals before tax authorities.
• Coordinating with counsels for pending tax cases.
