Job Description

• Identification of upcoming business opportunities for various sectors of Road , Building , Railways , etc….

• Developing a technically competent project winning consortium by identifying national and international associates in respective areas of expertise.

• Liasoning with National Highway Authority of India and other Government Departments for day to day execution of works, clearances, identifying new sectors and providing feedback to the company about client’s perspective for various ongoing projects

• To coordinate with the Directors of the Company for executing Corporate Strategies to improve the overall business prospects in the zone.

• To accomplish Corporate Tie-ups and Business Alliances.

• Preparing synopsis for Technical and Financial eligibility criteria for the company, bidding schedule

• Planning the business development strategies for entering into new sectors like metro, railways and PPP Projects

• Identifying new associates for JV’s

• Bidding for various projects in new sectors for the company with prestigious clients. Developing new associates for the company in various countries by identifying their suitability, financial compatibility and availability of technical know-how with them as per the set targets.

• Collection, compilation and interpretation of technical and financial inputs for upcoming projects so as to present the best aspects of the company to the associated international consultancy firms and clients in various proposals being submitted by the company.

• Managing the existing business development opportunities and resolving their issues in liaison with the Operations/Technical Team

• Contract Management for all the existing projects and new projects
