highlands seeks to recruit qualified professional to fill the position of a Production Manager.

The company wishes to enhance its position in the industry through this
recruitment.

The Candidate


Young
energetic individual with broad industry experience as well as self drive,
determination and results oriented.
The
ideal candidate should be able to work under minimal supervision and
possess the ability to meet strict targets while maintaining high level of
efficiency.


Qualifications





Degree
in food science and technology or Bsc Dairy science and technology.
Over
5 years experience in a similar or supervisory position.
High
level of maturity and integrity.
Effective
communication and leadership skills.
Previous
knowledge in HACCP or ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.
Should
be computer literate
