INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT)



We are currently searching for an Integration Specialist (Design & Development) for our client, a major player in the Telecoms industry.

Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and translate them into tangible system integration requirements
Communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams, external business partners and independent vendors
Ensure requirements, scope and constraints for system integration
Define, maintain, communicate and encourage technology and development standards
Identify and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency within the team


Knowledge

Must possess unified Modelling Language
Windows and UNIX-like operating systems
Must be familiar with software configuration and change management best practices and tools


Requirements



Have a first degree in Engineering
Java and J2EE development (Web logic platform)
Test frameworks that support test-driven development
Database design, implementation and tuning with services and related standards, including XML, SOAP, WSDL and WS
