Position: Relationship Manager: RM:

Job Objective




Responsible for making calls one existing and follow up on new customers and prospects while assisting to meet the Branch and team’s assigned goals and objectives

Requirements

First degree in any Business related discipline
Masters in Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other professional qualification is an added advantage
7-8 years relevant experience; at least 5 of which must have been at a supervisory level with experience in the marketing of financial services, product development
Excellent client relationship development/management; good negotiation and conflict resolution
Environmental/Industry analysis; Financial Analysis/Interpretation
Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations); Strong strategic orientation




Position: Relationship Officer (RO)




(Relationship Management)



Job Objective

Will be responsible for acquiring new, highly affluent clients and expanding assigned, existing Client relationships


Requirements

3 years relevant experience with extensive background in customer service and sales
Ability to read financial statement, bank statement and budgets
Excellent verbal/written communications shills, customer negotiations and the ability to effectively partner with other department/individuals throughout the bank
